Disabling renewal steps can differ, depending on where you subscribed. (through the site, PayPal, Apple App, Google Play, etc).  Please see below for the steps that apply for you:


Credit/Debit Card

  1. Sign into your account at www.camfrog.com 
  2. 'View Profile'.  
  3. 'Upgrade' next to Subscription. Click. 
  4. This brings you under the subscription management page where you will see your Pro, Extreme, or Gold.  
  5. From there you are able to turn it off by clicking on manage your subscription, and clicking cancel all the way through.


PayPal

  1. Sign into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com 
  2. Click on My PayPal. 
  3. Click on the Gear icon in the upper right.  
  4. Click the Payments and then click on Manage automatic payments and can adjust your settings there.

Google Play

  1. On your device, the Google Play Store.  
  2. Check if you're signed in to the correct Google account.  
  3. Tap Menu.  Subscriptions.  
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.  
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. Follow the instructions from there!


Apple

  1. Open the Settings app.  
  2. Tap your name.  
  3. Tap subscriptions.  
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage (if you cannot find it please visit this Apple Page).  
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.  If you don't see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
