You all know our Safety and Security Team. They are here to give you another reminder, and this time it's about scams and phishing.
If you receive a Direct Message from a member offering you something, or asking you to click on a link, ignore it! We will never message directly through instant message to offer you free products, so you can safely determine that this is a malicious attempt. Do not add these members and rooms to your list in hopes of receiving something in return as they likely will compromise your account. If anything gets deleted, we have no way of restoring what was lost!
Whenever you're curious about an email or message, your best bet is to reach out to us directly, and if you're unsure of how to proceed, or your account gets compromised, you should reach out to our support team directly at helpdesk@camfrog.com.
If someone is contacting you in regards to something free, threatening to ban your account, or asking you to click a suspicious link, please report them to our team so they can investigate it.
