Introducing Promoted Rooms!
Starting a new room, holding an event, or just want to get your room to the top of the list? Starting today, you can use Camfrog Coins to Promote any room to the top!
How does it work? There are 6 available Promoted room slots. When you promote a room, that room will appear in the #1 slot. When someone else promotes another room, your room will be bumped down to the #2 slot, then #3... When your Promoted room is in the #6 slot, and someone promotes another room, your room will be bumped out of the Promoted list. Note: Promoting Rooms is available in the latest version of Camfrog for Windows, and on https://videochat.camfrog.com - promotion support coming to mobile apps shortly.
How long do rooms appear in the Promoted list? There is no set time. Promotions can last for a day, a week, or even just a few moments. It depends on if other members promote other rooms and bump your room off the list.
How much does it cost to Promote a room? At launch, Promoting a room is a flat fee of 1,000 Camfrog Coins. This price may change in the future, or fluctuate based on factors including time of day, amount of members online, velocity at which rooms are being promoted, etc...
