2. I am the owner but it happens while using an admin nickname also reported by other admins.

I have now used my owner nick for a couple of hours and it is happening on both admin and owner status

Our teams have not been able to replicate this, however we will continue to keep an eye out.
Having now updated to the beta version the op tool is doubling up on all
warnings and bans but not kicking after using ban button.

The op tool is not working correctly. Usually, when you use the ban feature it bans then punishes then kicks. It is intermittently only banning and not completing the sequence and sometimes is not even banning. We have to revert to using manual commands within the room and right-click from the user list. This is happening using 6.54 version, not the beta.
